This blog has been suffering for a while now.
I started writing my weekly themes for my yogaclasses and a wish to share my thoughts about life in both text and pictures here.
Right now I`m writing less. And mostly I share my pictures at Instagram.
Please follow if u want to stay in touch and enjoy some goodies from my percpective of life and yoga.
I will still share and post here. Maybe with more intensity and fire soon again.

Thank you 2014



2014 -
A year with lots of quiet, support, painful growth, abundance, change, stillness, and new insights.

A couple of memorable moments in 2014:

The best New Years Eve 2013 - 2014 happend with beautiful friends manifesting the New Year with Tarot readings.
10 Days of Deep meditation lying totally flat (literally) at the hospital after a complicated spinal puncture. What a journey.
Dream It Yoga Collaboration with one of the most precious souls on Earth: Fatima
The yearly Celebrate retreat at Crete with my yoga brother Surya.
Crete is forever magic and it became even more magic when I had an surprise visitor coming to stay with me. Jannik will never stop surprising me. Deep love.
Lazy summer Days in Skåne with my favourite person.
Bordeaux and Silent Retreat together with Fatima. New insights and so close to center.
Crystal clear meditation.
Restore and Revitalize yogaretreat in Tuscany late Sept. So much love and beauty.
And all everyday moments in- between days
The best x-mas and ending of the year happend. In a cabin at the countryside in Värmland Sweden.

I´m grateful for every person in my Life. Thank YOU.

It´s happening again.
The Spiral Of Life
We have already passed Spring Equinox and the days are getting longer.
But I have to admit that I still feel like a hibernating Mama Bear.
It`s time for cleansing out old winterdust with heaps of meditation and breathingwork.
Plant the seeds you wan`t to grow in your inner garden.
And nourish the ones who`s already there.

Keep your heart planted in the dirt.

Mercury Retrograde

Mercury goes Retrograde February 6–28 in Pisces then Aquarius.

Mercury is both a Magician and a Trickster.

There's magic if we listen carefully.
And opposite - it is like slipping on a banana peel if we not listen and rebel against the flow.

This happens three to four times per year, when the planet Mercury slows down, and appears to stop (station) and move backward (retrograde).

It's an optical illusion, since there is forward movement, like speeding by a slow-moving train -- as it recedes, it appears to go backward.

Mercury is the planet of communication, and more broadly, it rules connections of all kinds.

Under any ‘Retrograde Phase’  it is wise to get more rest, sleep and rejuvenate. 

This is truly a time to slow down.
In this case it is the ‘Mental Energy’ and mind that requires rest. 
If you rebel against it, it is possible to become more irritable, impatient and create more confusion.


This is also a time of feeling a lot, and very deeply. Allow your feelings and review of emotional experiences and growth to lead you to decisions and actions that result in a review of what we know or how we perceive things.

Don't assume that the other person is "on the same page" that you are.
Miscommunications are very common, and what you think was communicated may not be what was actually heard.
Double check everything, and be prepared for surprises and delays.
Stay flexible as much as possible.

Give your brain a holiday by spending some time in your Right-Brain :)

Goodbye 2013

 ( ( ( ♥ ) ) )
2013 - A year with lots of love, change, growth, grief, illness and new insights.
And the most inportant - it`s been guiding me right back into my heart, over and over again.

A couple of memorable moments in 2013:
 
Celebrating my way into the 40`s in Tulum Mexico.
My beloved brother moved to Oslo- I can`t decribe how grateful I am.
Zen Coaching Training completed at Beautiful Ängsbacka.
The yearly Celebrate retreat at Crete with my companion Surya.
Spending a month on the wild and energetic Island of Crete is such a blessing.
Almost 3 weeks holiday in New York celebrating life. As it is.
My yogaretreat Restore And Revitalize were held for the first time in Tuscany late Sept.
And all everyday moments and meetings in- between with amazing people.
The best x-mas and ending of the year happend. In a cabin at the countryside in Värmland Sweden.


And the best and scariest of everything. Having a pause from teaching.
Doing "nothing".
Working fulltime on healing my body inside out.

Thanks to my loved ones for being there.
To all my teachers.
And thanks to all my students for going this path with me.

I bow to you.

Rest, accept - Repeat!!


Our regular hathayoga practice is a real luxury.
And often we take it for granted.
It is not until we are unable to practice we really understand the value of what it brings to us.

And of course -  the fact that you are unable to have a physical practice -  will guide you deeper into your already existing practice.

I have said those words. Many times.
And believed those words.
And for sure heard those words, a million times.
And it is not until now I understand the meaning deep into my core.

It comes to my mind that I`m used to process a lot of my everyday life on my mat.
Both mentally, emotionally and physically. Thats not uncommon. We all do.
And moving things around physically also kept my body healthy and vibrant.
Now, when Im unable to use my physical body in that process it`s been tricky to really surrender and accept how things are.
It was a whole lot of easier a couple of years ago when I had bad fracture in my left hand.
After 2 surgeries and 2 months I were teaching a retreat in Costa Rica.
Happily convinced that I were back on my hands during summer the same year,
It happend.

Today it`s different. Of course. It always are.
More painful. More resistance.
And thats a good thing.

I`m still learning how to be more gentle. More kind. Patience.
Really going outside my comfort zone.
To truly dare to rest is being far out of my comfort zone.
Being still. At peace. Watch every moment grow.
I surrender. And I reflect even more.
I`m closer to the present moment even when I´m not teaching or practicing a challenging asana.
And I wan`t to share that wisdom.

I witness Life as it is.
That`s such a great gift.
I am forever grateful.
