Hokusai Says’

I wanna share this amazing poem with you.
I´m off to Mother Crete for a month.
And magical Triopetra.
Embrace July.

Hokusai says Look carefully.
He says pay attention, notice.
He says keep looking, stay curious.
He says there is no end to seeing.
He says Look Forward to getting old.
He says keep changing, you just get more who you really are.
He says get stuck, accept it, repeat yourself as long as it’s interesting.
He says keep doing what you love.
He says keep praying.
He says every one of us is a child, every one of us is ancient, every one of us has a body.
He says every one of us is frightened.
He says every one of us has to find a way to live with fear.
He says everything is alive – shells, buildings, people, fish, mountains, trees.
Wood is alive.
Water is alive
Everything has its own life.
Everything lives inside us.
He says live with the world inside you.
He says it doesn’t matter if you draw, or write books.
It doesn’t matter if you saw wood, or catch fish.
It doesn’t matter if you sit at home and stare at the ants on your verandah or the shadows of the trees and grasses in your garden.
It matters that you care.
It matters that you feel.
It matters that you notice.
It matters that life lives through you.
Contentment is Life living through you.
Joy is life living through you.
Satisfaction and strength is life living through you.
Peace is life living through you.
He says don’t be afraid.
Don’t be afraid.
Look, feel, let life take you by the hand.
Let life live through you.

Midsummer & celebrate light

For us who live in Scandinavia we are reaching Midsummer, the peak celebration of the summertime when the days are longer than the nights. In the north, the sun never sets.
Nature is lush green and bursting with chlorophyll, it is definatly a time of celebrating the fullness of life.

Go outside. Pick some flowers. Contemplate. Let nature embrace you.
Honouring this very moment. Count your blessings.

Forever Grateful

Maria

Freedom is a state of mind

---- Krishnamurti

Summer in Norway.
Naked feet in the grass.
Strawberries.
Never ending light.
Nature is lush and green.
Exploding in beauty.
I can eat my dinner outside and maybe catch some sunrays
Birds singing.
That`s so much love I almost can`t embrace it all.
I feel so close to Earth I wanna kiss her.
I feel alive and free.
Can I please conserve this sparkling ether on a bottle?
Sniffing during winter?

Free.

What is freedom?
What does it mean for you?
Do we need boundaries to create more freedom or space into our bodies? Our beings.
I ask you.

Do we we really want to be free?

You must unlearn what you have learned

Yoda - you are my spiritual Master :)

Our ego’s needs are endless.
We can indulge into the past and our ego will find problems and a need to solve and get rid of them.
But our problems cannot be solved on the level of our minds.
At most they can be understood and accepted on the level of the mind.
But then all we can do is living in the present moment.
Delete the old program and start over.
Every single moment.
The thing that is so important to remember is that beyond your logo, beyond your identity, your tribe, your circle of friends, family and company – is the Essence.
Your own radiant soul.
