The heart is the hub of all sacred places; go there and roam ♥

~Bhagavan Nityananda

Take time to explore all corners of your heart.
Beyond chocolate hearts and teddybears.... this Valentine Day.

What is love? How can we feel loved? Or share love?
Maybe we can learn from the yogic philosophy of love.
The object of love is not that important, it is the act of loving itself.
Fall in love by realizing that what you love, and the part of you that is able to love, is actually the same thing.

We don’t necessarily need something outside ourself, an external event or lover, to feel alive or loved! We can learn how to fall in love from within ourselves. Over and over again.
Forgive, heal and release.
We already know.
But it is an ongoing practice.
For life.

Use the remembrance of love to connect to the release of love-bombs in your own heart.
Be generous.
Be love.

And of course -  some chocolate are yammi too

We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.

What does planting the seed of desire do in your life?

New month. One step closer to the light. Still cold. Winter is still young. But we can feel a tiny shift....
There are subtle signs in nature that remind us that winter is slowly waning and the sun’s light continues to grow. Light the fire of longing in your heart.

Ask yourself:
What`s my intention?  What’s my desire? My longing?

You are what your deep, driving desire is.
As your desire is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny.

Desire is the first step.
